18th Century Hammer Poll Axe
$ 430.00
I copied this from drawings supplied to me from the smiths at Colonial Williamsburg. The original is of mid 18th Century origin. Comprised of iron and 5160 with a simple handle. Likewise it has a leather sheath copied after the Squire Boone one from around the beginning of the 19th century. The strap is of wool.
Small Tomahawk
$ 200.00
A simple axe forged of iron and 5160, with decorative filing along the top edge. A small leather cover to protect the edge accompanies it.
18th Century Folding Knife
$ 250.00
Copied after an original I own, this knife is simple, yet elegant. The blade is of differentially carbonized iron that lends it a streaky effect, like the original. The handle is of tiger maple with brass washers behind the rivet heads. The blade is held in place by a spring running along the spine of the handle. Feels great in the hand.
